T H E P R O G R A M

The Total Physical Response
Methodology for second language teaching has been successfully
implemented in language classrooms worldwide. This action-based
methodology quickly develops a
working vocabulary for students in a fun, creative way. To assist in
building successful language
programs, Chief Atahm School has developed an intensive training
program to help aboriginal
language teachers master the steps of TPR. During this institute each
participant will be provided with
training through lectures, modeling, activities, and multimedia
presentations to help develop skills
specific to TPR.
