Conference registration includes 2 continental breakfast, 2 lunches and 1 Friday Night BBQ; 2 days of workshops; and a free parking pass upon registration for Friday (Saturday is free parking at TRU).
Early Registration $350/person

Regular Registration $400/person
(March 29 to April 30, 2016)
On-Site Registration $450/person (Cash/certified cheque/money order only)
(All registrations after April 30, 2016 will be processed on-site on the day of the conference)

Upon receipt of completed Conference Registration Form, and with approved payment, a confirmation of registration will be sent to the billing contact along with Participant Workshop Selection Forms for each paid registrant.
Please note that all payments must be received by the dates above to receive special conference rates. Acceptable payments include certified cheque, money order and purchase orders.
All purchase orders will be charged the regular registration fee. No purchase orders will be accepted after April 30, 2016.
Groups of 5 or more registrants billed to one invoice will receive a 10% discount if payment received by April 30th, 2016.
A completed cancellation request form must be received no later than April 30, 2016. A Cancellation fee of $25 will be billed for each registrant. Registrants who do not show up at conference and who have not submitted a cancellation form by April 30, 2016 will still be held responsible for paying the total conference fee.
There will be no money refunded for participants who cancel after April 30, 2016. However, substitutions are acceptable. The billing contact must send an email or letter listing the name(s) of substitute participants.
